For lovers of dry process African coffees, Kibingo's offering does not disappoint!
What we have here with The Breakfast Club coffee is a clean example of dry process coffee with a lot of fruit character, never quite reaching the "ferment" flavors. Conducting the coffee moderately past a light roast showcases it's smooth syrupy side that compliments the fruity aspects so well.
Fun fact: Kibingo Station is a coffee cherry assemblage site located in Kayanza. The washing station acts as a median delivery site for a few thousand small holder famers who occupy the 18 hills that surround Kibingo. Kibingo sits at just under 1900 meters above sea level, and many of the farmers have coffee planted much higher than this!
