The perfect example of a classic cup of coffee. Our medium roast profile for this varietal brought out a splendid NUTTY & Buttery taste with caramelized brown sugar aromas. YUM! This coffee has great potential for espresso and milk variation drinks. 

Fun Fact: Joao Rafael da Luz started producing coffee in 1985 with only 3 hectares of land! in 1993 he bought the Cachoeira farm which currently has 35 hectares of land. Joao's son also developed a passion for coffee and is working hard to continue his fathers legacy!
