These Fair trade/Organic Bourbon, Caturra, & Typica Beans come from San Jose de Lourdes, Cajamarca, Peru. This coffee is a small producer blend that undergoes a longer fermentation process.  

A really nice medium roast with tasting notes of Toasted Marshmallow, Milk Chocolate & Golden Grahams. These beans couldn't have come to us at a better time than this; with notes that resemble S'mores and camping season amongst us, we had to name this one "Campifornia Dreamin' "
